Over 300 GMP grade peptides have been manufactured since 1990 in facilities licensed by the State of California Department of Health Services, Food and Drug Branch, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.  The facilities and the production process at NeoMPS, Inc. conform to the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines, as outlined in the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR 21; Section 210, 211, and 820) and the ICH Q7A guidelines.

Peptide Conjugation Service
After synthesizing your peptide, NeoMPS, Inc. can conjugate it to a carrier protein.  Our standard methods of conjugation include the glutaraldehyde method which couples primarily through the α-amino group and ε-amino group, and the Maleimidobenzoyl-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (MBS) method which couples through sulfhydryl groups.  The carriers we most commonly use are Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH), Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), Rabbit Serum Albumin (RSA), and Thyroglobulin  (THY).  Other proteins and conjugation methods are available upon request.
