Custom Peptide Synthesis

NeoMPS, Inc. uses tBoc and/or Fmoc solid phase chemistry to synthesize custom peptides (research grade) in milligram to kilogram quantities.  We offer a variety of purity levels including unpurified, >70% (purified), >80% (purified), and >95% (purified).  NeoMPS, Inc. also offers a number of modification options including cyclization, biotinylation, phosphorylation, or fluorescent labels.  Please inquire for prices and other options.  RP-HPLC and mass spectral analysis are included with all custom peptides synthesized.  Additional analyses (i.e. sequencing, amino acid analysis, etc.) are available at an extra charge.  The delivery time is approximately 3 weeks for unpurified peptides and 4 weeks for purified peptides.

Peptide Conjugation Service
After synthesizing your peptide, NeoMPS, Inc. can conjugate it to a carrier protein.  Our standard methods of conjugation include the glutaraldehyde method which couples primarily through the α-amino group and ε-amino groups, and the Maleimidobenzoyl-N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (MBS) method which couples through sulfhydryl groups.  The carriers we most commonly use are Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH), Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), Rabbit Serum Albumin (RSA), Thyroglobulin  (THY), and Human Gamma Globulin (HGG).  Other proteins and conjugation methods are available upon request.
