NeoMPS, Inc., previously known as Multiple Peptide Systems (MPS), is a privately held company, based in San Diego, specializing in custom research and pharmaceutical grade peptides, antipeptide antibodies, bioactive peptides, modified amino acids, building blocks and turn mimics.  NeoMPS, Inc. is part of GROUPE SNPE (Paris, France).

Founded in 1986, NeoMPS, Inc. began business with the sale of a multi-vessel hydrogen fluoride apparatus.  In late 1987, NeoMPS, Inc. added custom research grade peptides to its product line, followed by custom polyclonal antipeptide antibody production in 1989.  In 1990, as a complement to its research grade peptide business, NeoMPS, Inc. established a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) production facility to produce pharmaceutical grade peptides.  In 1999, NeoMPS, Inc. began to market a catalog of bioactive peptides, special amino acids, building blocks and turn mimics supplied through NeoMPS SA (Strasbourg, France), our sister company that also specializes in peptides and peptide-related products.

NeoMPS, Inc. is one of the largest producers of custom peptides in the world.  NeoMPS, Inc. provides milligram to tens of kilogram quantities of both research and pharmaceutical grade peptides at purity levels up to >98%.  The GMP facility is licensed by the California Department of Health Services, Food and Drug Branch (Drug manufacturing license number 42153 and Device manufacturing license number 63358).  NeoMPS, Inc. is also registered with the Food and Drug Administration (registration number 2028155).  The facility was last audited in January 2005 (sixth FDA inspection).  Over 600 GMP manufacturing contracts have been successfully completed.
